Right now we are funding orthodontics for students in their sophomore, junior, and senior years of high school.

Your grades WILL NOT disqualify you in any way, we just want to see if you are attending school and doing the work.

That is where we shine! We will look at your insurance plan with you and find out exactly what they will and will not cover. We will fund the rest.

Fill out two applications – we are happy to look over both.

Not a price limit as much as a “treatment limit”. At this moment, the Proud Smile is only able to fund braces and their care. Treatments like implants are not provided by us currently.

The orthodontists we work with are doctors that we trust. They are willing to work with us and the way we fund your treatment. If you have an orthodontist you trust and would prefer to work with, we are happy to take them into consideration.

• We are all working as a team and each of us has responsibilities you can find the student and guardian responsibilities listed on their respective pages on our website

• Pay orthodontists in a timely manner

• Be available to answer questions and concerns

Any and all monetary contributions from our recipients are immediately put back into our organization and help fund the treatment of another individual
